If you are searching for that unique, fascinating and highly entertaining musical performance, look no further than singer-songwriter-pianist Jeffery Straker.
He will give two performances of his “88 Keys” show at the Auditorio de la Ribera Wednesday, March 21 – a matinee at 3 p.m. and an evening show at 7 p.m.
Straker is in constant demand as a performer, doing more than 100 shows a year across Canada, the United States and abroad. One of his music videos reached the top 10 in Canada.
Originally from Saskatchewan, the classically trained pianist was raised by a church organist mother and auctioneer father. Straker swears he was born under the piano on the family farm. He was a student of the Royal Conservatory of Music and Trinity College in London.
