The Hernández Dancers (Joven Ballet HH) will once again be visiting the Auditorio de la Ribera on Friday, December 19, at 4 p.m. with a seasonal classic: the suite from the ballet The Nutcracker.
The performance will feature over 100 dancers on stage, including performers from Joven Ballet HH, the Free Municipal Ballet Schools of Guadalajara, and the Escuela del Auditorio de la Ribera. The show will also include five additional pieces with themes outside of The Nutcracker, for a total duration of one and a half hours.

“The production quality is excellent, and the participants, aged between 8 and 18, perform at a very high level,” said ballet director Laura Fernández.
Tickets, priced at 130 pesos, are available at invierno-magico-de-dance.boletia.com and at the CCAR box office on the day of the event. Proceeds benefit the HH Projects, including eight free classical ballet schools, a pre-professional training program in Guadalajara (with scholarships for outstanding students), scholarships for the Pirouetteando 2026 International Intensive Summer Course, and more.
“Our projects have impacted lives across the country, with our own children, Isaac and Esteban Hernández, serving as our calling card. It has been very difficult to sustain ourselves in this digitalized world, which becomes more insensitive and materialistic every day. But we continue to fight to ensure that dance and emotion flourish in both the performers and the audience,” said Hernández.
