Art exhibit
Hotel Galeria Sol y Luna will host an exhibition of contemporary art featuring the work of 12 artists from Lakeside and Guadalajara, Saturday, June 12, 5 to 7 p.m.
A cocktail opening will be entertained by the Blue Velvet Jazz Trio. Enjoy paintings, photography and sculpture by Alfi Guilleras, Daniela Alcaráz, Emilio Alejandro, Greta McLain, Javier Ramos, Luis Pinedo, Marcos García, Miriam Gutiérrez, Pedro Goché, RJG (Ross Golstein), Santiago Baeza, Sergio Unzueta and Yen Hua Lee.

Aquiles Serdan 9 in Ajijic is offering a musical extravaganza in its open-air garden Sunday, June 13, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Performers include Son de Lago; Blue Velvet jazz; flamenco with Leonor Zertuche and friends; The Cobbletones blues, folk and rock; The Groobeaners funky soul and bluesman Sergio Jevi Navarro.

Theatre
“Dinner with Friends” is the next offering by the Lakeside Little Theatre’s Ajijic Readers Theatre, with show dates Friday to Sunday, June 18-20. Brian Fuqua will direct the cast of Damyn Young, Kathy Cody, Meredith Miller and Ken Yakiwchuk. All shows are at 4 p.m. on the Angel Terrace.
Tickets, 150 pesos can be purchased at lakesidelittletheatre.com or at LLT’s box office Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to noon, or one hour before show time on performance days.
Music and Spa
