Exhibits

• Tapatío artist Diego Reynoso opens a photographic exhibit, “La Marca del Agua, Capas de un Desastre,” Saturday, May 9, noon, at the Centro para la Cultura y las Artes de la Ribera. This exhibit contains stills from his award-winning documentary film and highlights the contamination of the Río Santiago.
• Paintings by Arlette Romero and sculptures by David Agredano at “Dos Visiones,” at the Galeria Luis Lopez Terriquez in the Antigua Presidencia in Chapala.

• Chapala-based textile artist Synthia David is holding her first local exhibit, “Light Up Your Life,” featuring hand-painted silk batik lamps (ArtLites), handcrafted handbags and scarves at Casa del Sol Inn, Javier Mina 7 in Ajijic.
