This week, for the fifth consecutive year, employees from the U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara visited the pediatric area at the Hospital Civil to hand out 215 toys to lucky young patients.
The outreach was led by Consular Section Chief Matthew Hurley (above), who said such programs strengthen communities and help establish a culture of service for future generations.
