U.S. medical donation

The U.S. Consulate General in Guadalajara has donated a shipment of medical supplies to the Hospital Regional in Puerto Vallarta as part of the Department of Defense Northern Command’s Humanitarian Assistance Program. Consul General Tanya Anderson presided at the delivery ceremony, noting that the value of the donation was just under $US5,000.  The equipment will help the hospital lower its rates of infant mortality, the consulate noted.
