La Nueva Posada (Donato Guerra 9, Ajijic) will serve a mix and match choice of heartbeat salad (65 pesos), roasted red bell pepper soup with grilled shrimp and dill croutons (60 pesos), arrechera steak with spinach-cheese mushrooms topped with bordelaise sauce (145 pesos), fish fillet Bercy stuffed with grilled dhrimp (130 pesos) or gillet of dalmon with Dijon vaper dauce (135 pesos).
