Rotary E-Club recognizes student community volunteers

The Satellite Rotary E-Club of Lake Chapala honored 20 local students on Saturday, May 23 for their efforts in community involvement during the club’s “Youth Recognition Month.”

During a short ceremony at the MovieSpace Cinema at the Centro Laguna, students from the Instituto Internacional, the Instituto Tecnologico Superior de Chapala, the Preparatoria Chapala, and the Preparatoria Mezcala were honored for the volunteer work they performed with the Humane Education Alliance (HEA) and Butterflies en Mexico, projects sponsored by the Satellite Rotary E-Club of Lake Chapala.
