Local expert on the world stage in sexual health

held October 12 through 15 in Mexico City. Flores was among 1,400 experts in the field from 70 nations who kept up with the event’s busy schedule of conferences, symposia and workshops.

She is hopefully seeking financial support to continue Cedejo’s shoestring community outreach in San Pedro Itzicán and pay her way to the the Nairobi International Summit on Population and Development set for November 13-15, sponsored the United Nations. She attended confab at its inception 25 years ago as a Mexican pioneer in community level sex education and reproductive health services.
