The Lake Chapala Shrine Club delighted a full house at the 14th annual Ribfest, held Wednesday, March 4 at the Las Cumbres events center.
The popular event is the Shriners’ principal fundraiser to support medical care for local children afflicted with physical disabilities.
Along with feasting on the sumptuous meal prepared and served by San Antonio’s Adelita Bar and Grill, guests danced to the tunes of the Ajijic Jamm Band and scooped up dozens of vouchers for restaurant meals, health and beauty services and other items up for bid in the silent auction.
