Brand new wheelchairs donated to Chapala’s Family Development Agency (DIF) by the non-profit Fundación Nice, A.C. were handed out to eight adults afflicted with physical disabilities at a modest ceremony held Friday, August 14.
Salvador Litchi, the foundation’s president, also delivered eight child-size wheelchairs to needy youngsters, along with a nebulizer and computer equipment to enhance the work of the municpal agency’s social programs.
