The Culinary Arts Society of Ajijic (CASA) is no novice to themed gourmet dining fiestas.
During Covid-19 precautions in 2021, the board of Niños Incapacitados asked them to once again donate a special dinner party for their February 2022 fundraiser silent auction.
Niños is an all-volunteer lakeside organization that helps Mexican families who require financial assistance to pay for ongoing and/or major medical related expenses for their children.
Previous CASA dinner events auctioned as fundraisers for Niños had included a fabulous Moroccan dinner party that one world traveler at the dinner said was among his top three memorable events ever, and an over-the-top “Last First Class Dinner served on the Titanic” dinner party.
