The Lake Chapala Society (LCS) has announced that the annual general meeting for members has been scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, beginning at 10 a.m.
The assembly will take place at the main campus, Calle 16 de Septiembre 16A in central Ajijic. The principal entrance is located at the corner of Calle Ramón Corona.
The Order of the Day agenda commences at 10 a.m., with an initial 30-minute break for a pre-AGM program to ensure that the quorum criteria established in the organization’s bylaws are met. All current paid members are eligible to vote in the election of board officers and other items requiring member approval.
