Chivas brush off cold to defeat Toronto

Despite nearly sub-zero temperatures in Toronto, the Guadalajara Chivas won the first leg of the CONCACAF Champions League final against Toronto FC last Tuesday.

Chivas spent much of the game on the defense but managed to score two breakaway goals in a 2-1 victory. Chivas will hope to be crowned champions in the second leg Wednesday, April 25 at the Estadio Akron in Zapopan.  A full house is expected, as well as wild celebrations if Chivas win the title.  Toronto, of course, will hope to spoil the party.
