The ambulances, all between eight and ten years old, come loaded with equipment to help ease the burden on the city’s existing fleet. Interim Mayor Francisco Ayon Lopez reiterated City Hall’s ongoing investment in health infrastructure and thanked the city of Chicago. For his part, Chicago Alderman George Cardenas promised continued support for Guadalajara as chairman of the Committee on Health and Environmental Protection.
