The Gran Terraza Oblatos will open in the east of the city at Avenida Circunvalacion 2700, while the Gran Terraza Belenes will be located in Zapopan where Avenida Laureles crosses the northern Periferico ring-road.The former mall has received 700 million pesos of investment, while the latter has received over 300 million.
Both plazas will be home to Liverpool department stores, Cinepolis movie theaters, Office Depots and Carl’s Jr. burger joints. The larger Oblatos mall will have a total of 121 stores and a parking lot with 1,900 spaces, while the Belenes mall will house just 76 shops, with 609 spaces in the parking lot.
