If you are wondering why clothes are hanging on pegs dotted around the city, don’t be puzzled.
Various organizations, including DIF Zapopan, have launched programs to assist migrants and vulnerable people living on the streets in these cold climatic times.
Generous citizens are asked to leave items they feel fit on the pegs: jackets, scarfs, woolen hats, sweaters – anything that will help fend off the cold. The donation point seen in the photograph to the right is at the entrance to DIF Zapopan on Avenida Laureles.
