BP opens third city gas station

Oil giant BP has opened its third gas station in the Guadalajara metropolitan area, at Periférico Poniente 1771, corner of Avenida Juan Palomar.

The multinational company plans to open another nine outlets in the city by the end of April, according to Downstream BP Mexico General Director Alvaro Granada.  The firm currently operates 160 gas stations in 12 Mexican states, and plans to have 500 up and running by the end of 2018.
