The fourth annual Guadalajara Mushroom Festival will be held in the Jardin Americana at Avenida Vallarta 1305, Saturday, July 28 and Sunday, July 29, noon-7 p.m..
Dozens of examples of wild mushrooms will be on display – edible, medicinal and otherwise.
Gourmet dishes made from mushrooms and other healthy options will be available. Musical entertainment will be provided, and there will be talks and workshops (in Spanish). The Jardin Americana houses a unique project based around an innovation/coworking cluster in an emblematic French-style stately home with elegant, large grounds and a rooftop that serves as a “glamping” destination.
