GAP lands 2nd Jamaican airport deal

Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico (GAP) – operators of the Guadalajara International Airport – has won a 25-year concession deal to operate the Norman Manley International Airport in Kingston, Jamaica – their second airport on the Caribbean island.

In a statement, the company said it plans to modernize and expand the airport in Jamaica’s capital. GAP already operates Jamaica’s largest airport, the Montego Bay International Airport, which handles over 70 percent of visitors to the country.
