Wednesday, 101 Jalisco firefighters pose for a photo at the Jalisco Government Palace before heading for the Canadian province of Alberta to help battle a series of fierce blazes raging since the end of last month.
Thanks to the Jalisco-Alberta sister state agreement signed in 1999, local firefighters have had training in Canada and have helped out on various occasions in the past. Bon voyage!
