More than 220 people participated in a emergency simulation at Guadalajara’s tallest building, the Hotel Rui, located at the intersection of Avenidas López Mateos and Lázaro Cárdenas.
The exercise tested the capacity and preparedness of response teams, as well as hotel personnel, to a simulated emergency on the fifth floor of the building. Guadalajara Fire Chief Felipe López Sahagún coordinated the drill.
