Set aside Saturday, January 24 to attend the Bomberos Soccer Tournament fundraiser and lend support to dedicated firefighters serving the lakeside area.
The fun-filled day of sportsmanship, entertainment and good vibes will take place at Chapala’s Campo Municipal soccer field, located on Avenida Madero just south of the Pemex station, running 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Firemen from Chapala, Jocotepec, San Nicolás de Ibarra and San Juan Cosala will form the four teams competing for the tournament trophy. Added attractions include food and drink sales, raffles and musical acts.
Tickets priced at 50 pesos per person are on sale at American Legion Post 7, Chapala Red Cross, Bar Tomás, Manix Restaurant and Diane Pearl Colecciones. Follow the Reporter for further details as the event date approaches.
