Cruz Roja Chapala pulled in 62,330 pesos over the first three weeks of the annual Colecta Nacional fund-raising drive, with thanks to everyone who has dropped cash into the distinctive banks carried by staff and volunteers at highway intersections and commercial outlets around the community.
The campaign continues throughout April and May. Your generous support may save help save lives. Donations enable CRC to provide medicines and doctor support to patients receiving attention at its Chapala clinic. Red Cross collectors should not be confused with persons dressed in white nursing uniforms requesting money for out-of-town organizations.
