Construction of the Radisson Blu Ajijic condo-hotel is up and running full speed ahead following a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony held at the site Friday, January 26.
The project is rising on the grounds of the El Dorado residential complex, adjacent to the Libramiento bypass, with an opening date slated for summer 2020. The architectural design closely matches the existing El Dorado condo tower.
Advertised as a resort, spa and residence facility, it brings a unique real estate model to lakeside. Operating as a five star hotel under a condominium legal regime, it offers investors the benefits of outright ownership of the 56 individual units and multiple amenities.
