On his last day in office December 5, Jalisco’s outgoing Minister or Innovation, Science and Technology Jaime Reyes Robles announced progress made in reviving the Chapala Media Park complex located near the Libramiento bypass.
He reported that the agency has already invested 3.5 million pesos to restore the film and television studio annex.
A reserve fund of five million pesos remains to rehabilitate the abandoned building that was originally designed for the production of video games, digital sound tracks, animation and special effectswhen the facility opened in 2010.
