Local motorists should plan to avoid the Libramiento bypass early Sunday, March 10 when the road will be closed between 7:30 and 10:30 a.m. for a five-kilometer foot race.
The event is organized as fund-raiser for the Instituto Internacional scholarship program. The temporary shut-down could be a real headache for travelers departing from San Antonio, Ajijic and points west to catch early flights at the Guadalajara airport.
