The October 8 session of Conexiones entre Amigos, the monthly community networking program co-sponsored by the Lake Chapala Society and the lakeside branch of the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, attracted a full house for a presentation by management staff from Hospital San Antonio (HSA).
Guest speakers were operations manager Ana Teresa Hernández and customer service representative Ana Paula Camacho who mans the front desk. Their 40-minute talk covered the 15 medical specialties offered by affiliated physicians since HSA opened its doors last April. Outside doctors are permitted to care for patients provided they present official credentials that verify their professional qualifications.
The speakers stressed that the entire hospital staff is trained to follow values of ethics, quality and service, ensuring comfort and confidence for every patient.
