Chapala’s municipal Traffic Department dispatched a crew this week to paint yellow and white stripes across the speed reduction bumps recently built into the newly repaved surface of the Libramiento bypass.
So far, department Director Gerardo Bautista has not been informed when the road-maintenance outfit will return to paint in-lane divisions along the tarmac and complete the project.
