Jalisco’s Secretaria de Transporte (Setrans) this week opened a permanent Chapala office to issue driver permits, with service to the public effective as of Wednesday, February 26.
Transport Minister Diego Monraz was on hand to accompany Chapala Mayor Moisés Anaya and state legislator Jesús Cabrera at the inaugural ceremony held the previous day.
