Lakeside first responders received basic training on protocols and safety measures to be followed for pre-hospital attention and transportation of patients testing positive or showing symptoms of Covid-19 infection.
The workshop, held Monday, April 27 at Chapala’s Centro Cultural Antigua Presidencia, was presented by specialized instructors brought in from the Zapopan Fire Department.
The 60 first responders in attendance included staff from the Chapala and Jocotepec Civil Protection and Firefighter Units, the Chapala Municipal Clinic and Cruz Roja Chapala.
