The Lake Chapala Society (LCS) opened the doors of its new on-site audiology clinic, Oir Bien, with an inaugural ribbon-cutting held Friday, February 18.
The clinic office is located in a ground floor room of the former Neill James home, offering services every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. The attending physician is Dr. Blanca Gómez Ochoa.
The gamut of Oir Bien services available to the public includes audiometry hearing tests and evaluations; the sale, fitting and programming of hearing aids; cleaning and repair of hearing devices; and supplies of batteries, ear molds, domes, earwax guards and other replaceable parts.
The company operates nationwide in Mexico as a distributor of cutting-edge Starkley hearing aids and several other high-end brands.
