Ready for a great meal for a good cause? Adelita Bar and Grill in San Antonio Tlayacapan will be the venue for a Dine with the Shrine luncheon scheduled Wednesday, March 23, with flexible hours from 1 to 4 p.m.
The benefit event for the Lake Chapala Shrine Club is taking the place of the organization’s annual Ribfest, scrubbed for the third year running due Covid-19 restrictions on large public gatherings.
Guests will have four menu options: a half-rack of Adelita’s mouth-watering BBQ ribs, pork tenderloin or chicken breast, all served with side dishes, or fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. First course choices are salad or minestrone soup. Cheesecake is offered for dessert.
Adelita provides customers with comfortable, well-spaced seating under the roof and in the al fresco patio. The Dine with the Shrine dishes may also be ordered for carry-out or home delivery. The event will feature live entertainment for in-house diners.
