Consulate says US visitors should return home

Robin Matthewman, the U.S. Consul General in Guadalajara, is urging all U.S. citizens who normally reside in the United States to arrange for their immediate return, unless, she says, they are “prepared to remain in Mexico for an indefinite period.”
