Visitors to Vallarta are encouraged to take a guided tour of the Malecon sculptures led by well-known gallery owner Gary Thompson.
The walks are held every Tuesday, starting at 9:30 a.m. from the Millennium sculpture across from the Hotel Rosita (Paseo Diaz Ordaz 901). The next tour will be on January 8. They will continue through April. Call Galeria Pacifico at (322) 222-1982 for more information. The tours are free but a donation to the local library is appreciated.
