Jalisco state congressman Juan Carlos Anguiano, member of the Movimiento Ciudadano party,
has put forth a bill which will guarantee payment by insurance companies to insured parties in traffic accidents who take photos of the accident before then moving their vehicles and allowing traffic to flow. The legislator also notes that it would be necessary to amend the Federal Law of Insurance Contracts to make this work.
