A plaque has been unveiled in Guadalajara honoring six of the 12 victims mistakenly killed by Egyptian security forces in an anti-terror operation in September 2015.
The six victims were from the state of Jalisco and were vacationing in Egypt. The plaque is installed on the exterior wall of the Tourism Department building.
