Throughout March, 30 Jalisco branches of the Soriana Supermarket chain collected 93,182.90 pesos from rounding out customer tabs as donations to Taiyari, A.C., a non-profit that supports impoverished children suffering from heart ailments.
Contributions from Chapala clients totaled 5,378.02 pesos. The giant check was delivered on Wednesday, April 10 at the Mega Soriana store located on Guadalajara’s Rafael Sanzio.
