Representatives of Jalisco’s Culture Secretariat will address public concerns regarding the future of the Auditorio de la Ribera at an open meeting scheduled for Thursday, February 27, 5 p.m., at the auditorium, located on the highway in La Floresta.
The meeting was prompted by a petition signed by more than 150 lakeside residents requesting clarifications about the recent announcement that the facility will be closed as of March 15 for an undisclosed period of time, while major renovations are underway. All persons involved in organizing and attending local cultural activities are urged to attend.
