Only three municipalities in Jalisco (out of 125) have not had confirmed cases of Covid-19: San Martín de Bolaños in the north of the state, Ejutla in the southwest and Santa Maria del Oro on the border of Michoacan in the south.
The combined populations of these municipalities does not exceed 8,000, and its is unclear how many tests have been carried out on residents of these communities.
