Revolution Day closings

The third Monday of November is set on Mexico’s holiday calendar as the official day-off to commemorate the 1910 outbreak of the Mexican Revolution.

This means all government agencies, consulates, banks and many businesses will close on Monday, November 16. Virtual classes for students will be suspended on this day. The annual Revolution Day parade in Guadalajara – as well as others celebrated across Jalisco – has been cancelled due to the health emergency.
