State authorities are investigating a presumed double homicide of two men whose bodies were discovered Tuesday, May 4, inside a property in a subdivision of San Cristobal Zapotitlán, in the municipality of Jocotepec.
The corpses were found by the wife of one of the individuals. She told Jocotepec police who arrived at the scene that she had agreed to meet her spouse at the vacation home where he been staying for the previous ten days. Upon arrival she found her husband and the other man, whom she identified as his employee, both dead.
Experts from the Jalisco Institute of Forensic Sciences (IJCF) took charge of collecting crime scene evidence and transporting the bodies to the morgue for autopsy.
