Visitors to Cajititlán reported lax security measures during the traditional Three Kings celebration that takes place in this Jalisco town each January 7.
Authorities estimated that just over 10,000 people attended the festivities, which in non-pandemic times attracts hundreds of thousands of pilgrims.
