If you are a fan of Mexico’s “Buen Fin” discount shopping initiative that takes place each fall, then the upcoming “Hot Sale” might also be of interest.
The Hot Sale is an online only version of the Buen Fin that runs from May 29 to June 6, promoted principally by the Asociación Mexicana de Venta Online.
The most popular site during the nine-day event will be Amazon, organizers say. Other major names worth checking out include: Elektra, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Coppel, El Palacio de Hierro, Office Depot, Office Max, Nike, Adidas, Telcel, Samsung, Bodega Aurrera, The Home Depot, MacStore, Mercado Libre, Sony, Sanborns and Costco.
Airlines, including Aeromexico, Volaris and Viva Aerobus, will also be participating and offering discounts on domestic and international flights and holiday packages. Offers will also be available through hotel websites, and aggregate travel websites such as booking.com.
According to organizers, technology, health, fashion and beauty items are expected to be among the most sought-after products.
