Talented musicians of different genres showcased each Monday. September 2: Classical pianists Alejandro Pérez Cisneros and Gabriel Alejandro San Antonio Martínez.

September 9: The Juan Castañón jazz trio. September 16: Dans les Arbres, a French-Norwegian jazz/folk combo. September 23: Homage to three Latin American trova greats: Silvio Rodríguez, Pablo Milanés and Amaury Pérez.  Interpreted by Tapatia singer Marissa, along with invited musicians. September 30: Ensamble Supercluster (chamber music quintet).

Mumford & Sons

British folk/rock band formed in 2007 shot to fame on both sides of the Atlantic after the release of their award winning first album Sigh No More (2009) that included favorites such as “Winter Winds” and “Little Lion Man.” Three more top-selling albums followed – Babel (2012), Wilder Mind (2015) and Delta (2018) – plus a string of more prizes.

Jerome Jennings Quartet

The Jazz At Lincoln Center series continues with a performance by a quartet led by drummer Jerome Jennings who has played every major jazz club in New York City from The Village Vanguard, Birdland and The BlueNote, to Dizzy’s Club Coca Cola. Internationally he’s performed in over 45 countries.

Cirque du Soleil

“Crystal” is a Cirque du Soleil production that combines theatrics and acrobatics with ice-skating for the first time. Crystal, the main character, is a young woman who falls through the ice and discovers her own creativity. The show features 43 artists, including 19 figure skaters, 20 acrobats, aerialists and gymnasts, three musicians, a juggler and a comic combining multiple disciplines.

National Ballet of Cuba

Renowned Caribbean dance troupe present “Giselle,” one of the world’s most-often performed classical ballets but also one of its most challenging to dance.
