FIL’s musical lineup: Catalan voices, urban rhythms & Indie hits

The 2025 edition of the International Book Fair (FIL) in Guadalajara is set to transform Expo Guadalajara into a vibrant nightly cultural hub. Running from November 29 to December 7, the Foro FIL will showcase a diverse mix of alternative pop, Catalan voices, smooth electronic beats, folk music and urban rhythms.

The musical journey kicks off on Saturday, November 29 with a performance by Love of Lesbian, one of Spain’s most beloved indie pop bands, and a favorite among Guadalajara’s audience. The following night, on November 30, Queralt Lahoz, a rising star in soul and urban flamenco, will take the stage.

The first week of December brings a strong Catalan presence to the Foro, beginning with Roger Mas y la Cobla Sant Jordi – Ciutat de Barcelona on December 1. On December 2, Lucia Fumero y Desilence will present a captivating blend of jazz, electronic music and visuals. The next day, Tarta Relena y Maria Arnal will explore Mediterranean traditions with a contemporary twist.

On December 4, Joan Garriga i el Mariatxi Galàctic will bring their unique sound to the stage, followed by the magnetic Rigoberta Bandini on December 5.

December 6 sees Catalan urban singer Mushkaa on stage, and the week concludes on Sunday, December 7 with the big Latin/electronic sounds of Barcelona band Sra. Tomasa.
