Event promoters Sally Leonard and Ricardo Gomez say they are thrilled to present Juan Rosa and his wife Anita.

Legendary performers, Juan and Anita are based in Guadalajara and have built quite a following at Lakeside.

Juan is originally from Argentina and began his dance career as a young child. After 15 years of training, he went professional and toured the world.

Juan studied at the FLACSO Argentina University, earning a degree in the Social and Political History of Argentinian Tango. Anita is from Cuba and graduated from the National School of Arts in Havana.

Juan was the director of the Danzarin Dance Academy in Argentina and brought all of that experience to Mexico, over 20 years ago. Both of them are professors of dance at the Tec de Monterrey in Guadalajara, teaching Cuban tango, salsa and ballet. They offer group classes, wedding choreography, tango flash mobs, private lessons and perform professionally throughout Mexico.

Joining them will be their daughter, Camila Rosa. Being raised in such a talented family, it is no surprise that she has become a very skilled musician. Camila and

Oscar Saveedra will be providing the musical and lyrical accompaniment to the program. It will be an enchanting evening.

Tickets, 500 pesos, can be purchased at Casa del Sol Inn. Snacks and drinks will be available throughout the performance with seating available at 6 p.m.
