Sign up for Art Camp

pg17b

Now is time to get your favorite young person to sign up for the 6th Annual Art Camp, sponsored by the Lake Chapala Society’s Children’s Art program. The camp will run from Monday, July 30 to Friday, August 3, 10 a.m. to noon daily. Registration has already begun and runs through July 28, but there are only 130 spaces available. Children who attend the program’s classes on Saturdays during the year are given priority. This annual project wouldn’t be possible without the generous financial support of the Ajijic Society of the Arts (ASA) and the dedication of its members, who come every day to help with the workshops. This year, the workshops consist of activities with acrylics, watercolor, clay modeling, kite-making and mosaics, drawing, daily projects for the little ones. The kids are offered a small snack at the end of each day. If you would like to help at Art Camp, make a small financial contribution or donate materials, email Danielle Pagé at This email address is being protected from spambots.
