Ajijic Art Show
The Centro Cultural Ajijic is currently hosting the collective exhibit, “Perspectives of Ajijic,” which pays homage to local masters of art.
First-class concert
Renowned Mexican singers, composers and guitarists Paco Padilla and Alberto Escobar will appear as special guests of the San Juan Cosala youth choir at the Saturday, November 21, 7 p.m. benefit concert in the Auditorio de la Ribera.
Show for Chapel repairs
A reminder that the Tierra y Libertad folk dance troupe will offer a special performance Saturday, November 14, 6 p.m., at the Auditorio de La Ribera, as a benefit for the flood damage repairs and restoration of the San José Chapel in La Floresta.
Art Show Reminder
Jesus Lopez Vega hosts a reception to mark the opening of Galeria de Arte Axixic’s sixth annual collective show on Friday, November 6, 3-8 p.m. The recent work of a dozen local artists will be displayed. The gallery is at Rio Zulu 1.
