Voces del Lago
Lakeside’s community chorus, Las Voces del Lago, under the baton of director Ken Turner, and accompanied by Gary Young, will present the concert “Sing, Sing, Sing,” June 14 and 15, 3 p.m. at Lakeside Presbyterian Church. Tickets are 300 pesos.

Artists group regenerated
A new group to replace the defunct Artists Alliance of Lake Chapala and Ajijic Society of the Arts is taking shape under a new name and development of a revised format.

A concert by the local music school CREM choir and children’s choir to benefit the music studio of the Centro de la Cultura y la Artes de la Ribera (CCAR) will be held Saturday, May 11, 7 p.m. at CCAR. Tickets, 200 pesos, are available at the CCAR box office.
